Our story

From a paper register to a full clinic system

In 2021 our founders watched a busy clinic's front desk search fifteen minutes for one patient's file — while the waiting room filled up and the doctor sat idle. The appointment register, the patient files and the billing book were three different stacks of paper that never agreed with each other.

We spent months sitting at clinic front desks — general practice, dental, multi-specialty — before writing a single line of code. What we learned shaped everything: clinics don't want more software, they want fewer stacks of paper. Front desks don't want dashboards, they want to find the patient in one search.

So we built Clendra around one belief: a clinic runs well when its information runs well. Appointments, patient records, billing, drug inventory and reports — one system, one truth.

Five years of keeping promises

2021

The idea is born

A lost patient file, a full waiting room, an idle doctor. Our founders start interviewing clinic owners, doctors and front-desk staff — 140 conversations in six months.

2022

First version launches

Clendra 1.0 ships with appointments and patient records. The first clinics come on board — single-doctor practices tired of paper registers.

2023

Billing & invoices

The feature clinics asked for most. Checkout, invoices and payment tracking join the system — and month-end reporting stops being a weekend job.

2024

Drug inventory & suppliers

Stock levels, low-stock alerts and supplier management arrive. Pharmacy shelves and the clinic's books finally agree with each other.

2025

Multi-branch & staff

Branch switching, per-branch reporting, staff accounts, roles and attendance. Clendra grows up alongside its clinics — from one location to many.

2026

WhatsApp & analytics

WhatsApp integration for patient communication and a full analytics dashboard for management. Clendra passes 12,500 clinics and 4.8 million appointments.

Every feature must make the clinic's day run smoother — for the front desk, the doctor and the patient. If it doesn't serve that goal, we don't build it.

Patient records are sensitive by nature. We encrypt everything, control access by role, offer one-click export, and never sell data. Ever.
