Encryption everywhere
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Connections to Clendra always use HTTPS.
Role-based access
Every staff member gets their own account with only the permissions their role needs — the front desk sees the calendar, accounts sees billing, owners see everything. No shared logins.
Your data stays yours
Patient records, appointments and billing data belong to your clinic. We never sell or share it, and you can export everything at any time. Details in our Privacy Policy.
Backups
Clinic data is backed up regularly, so a hardware failure never becomes a data loss.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with encryption and automated daily backups. Full data export is available anytime, so your records are always yours.
