This Privacy Policy explains how Clendra ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the clendra.com website and the Clendra clinic management service (together, the "Service").
1. Who we are
Clendra provides clinic management software for medical clinics — covering appointments, patient records, billing, drug inventory and reporting. For any privacy question, contact us at sales@clendra.com.
2. Information we collect
- Contact information — when you fill our contact or trial form: your name, work email, clinic name, clinic type and team size.
- Account information — when your clinic uses Clendra: staff names, email addresses, roles and login activity.
- Usage information — basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, used to improve the Service.
3. Patient data belongs to your clinic
Clinics using Clendra store patient records, appointments and billing data in the Service. That data belongs to the clinic. Clendra processes it only to provide the Service, on the clinic's instructions. We do not use patient data for marketing, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the Service (such as secure cloud hosting) or by law.

- To respond to enquiries and provide support
- To send service-related communication (such as trial and account notices)
- To understand how the website is used, so we can improve it
5. Cookies and analytics

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside a clinic account is controlled by staff roles. We regularly review our security practices.

We retain account data for as long as your clinic uses the Service. Clinics can export their patient lists, appointment history and reports at any time. On termination, data is available for export before deletion.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting sales@clendra.com. We respond within a reasonable time.
9. Children
The website and Service are intended for use by clinics and their staff, not by children. Patient records concerning minors are managed by the treating clinic as the data controller.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated on this page.
