These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the clendra.com website and the Clendra clinic management service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Clendra provides software for managing medical clinics — appointments, patient records, billing and invoices, drug inventory, staff and branch management, and reporting. The Service is provided over the internet, accessed through a web browser.

2. Free trial

New clinics may use the Service free for 14 days. No payment details are required to start. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid plan agreed with our sales team. Accounts that do not continue are paused; data remains available for export for a reasonable period.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your clinic's accounts.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when registering.
  • Clinic administrators control staff access through roles and permissions.

4. Your data

All patient records, appointments and billing data entered into the Service belong to your clinic. You can export your data at any time. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting unauthorized access, uploading malicious code, reselling the Service without agreement, or using it in violation of applicable law, including healthcare and data protection regulations that apply to your clinic.

6. Payment

Paid plans are quoted per clinic based on branches, staff accounts and modules, billed in PKR unless agreed otherwise. Fees for the agreed billing period are payable in advance.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available at all times, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service supports clinic administration; it does not provide medical advice, and clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating clinic and its practitioners. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clendra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by your clinic in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time; subscriptions end at the close of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms, with notice where practical. Your data remains available for export on termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated on this page.
